Trade FAQ

Trade Questions, Answered

Common questions exporters and importers ask us. Filter by topic to find what you need, or browse everything below.

MOQ depends on the product, packing format, destination and supplier availability. Full-container quantities are common for bulk commodities, while smaller trial quantities may be available for selected products.

Yes. Buyers can request representative samples for evaluation before committing to a bulk order. Sample size, courier cost and destination import restrictions are confirmed before dispatch — start this from our Request Sample page or WhatsApp.

Custom specifications — variety, grade, moisture, purity, admixture, treatment, microbiology, residue limits and packing — are evaluated against your requirement sheet, with feasibility confirmed before we issue a quotation.

Share the product and grade, quantity, destination port, preferred Incoterm, packing type, required certificates, inspection needs and target shipment window. A written specification or approved sample helps avoid misunderstanding later.

Quality is defined through a written specification and, where useful, a sealed approved sample. The contract should state tolerances, test methods, sampling plan, and who is responsible for lab testing and inspection.

Yes, when it's included in the quotation or contract. Scope can cover quantity check, packing, container condition, sampling, lab testing, loading supervision or seal verification.

Terms are agreed per contract based on order value, destination and banking route. Common structures include staged telegraphic transfer (T/T) or an irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) at sight.

We regularly quote EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. The exact port/place and Incoterms edition applicable is confirmed in the quotation and final contract.

Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents. Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary, fumigation, analysis or inspection certificates are supplied when required by the product, destination or contract — see our Certifications page for what we currently hold.

Custom bulk packing can be evaluated based on order volume, packaging minimums, artwork approval, destination labelling rules and processing feasibility. Bulk-grain and finished-pack samples are approved separately before processing.

Lead time depends on stock availability, processing, testing, packaging, document approvals, vessel schedules and destination requirements. A firm shipment window is confirmed only after specification and commercial terms are agreed.

The shipment file can include packing records, container-condition photographs, loading photographs, seal details, transport documents and inspection reports — the exact evidence package is agreed in the contract.

Not for every shipment. Requirement depends on the commodity, processing level, origin, destination and current import regulation. We confirm requirements before contracting so the right certificates and treatments can be planned.

Request current stamped copies from us, check the legal entity name and validity dates, and verify registration numbers with the issuing authority directly where an online verification service is available. Our Certifications page lists what we currently hold.
